These Terms of Service govern your use of Scaffold at runscaffold.com, operated by Klaus Custom Studio LLC. By using Scaffold, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Scaffold is a tool that generates AI-powered build blueprints and development prompt packets. Blueprints are provided as planning aids and do not constitute professional software development advice.
Purchases and Credits
Scaffold offers single packets and multi-packet bundles for one-time purchase. Prices are displayed at checkout. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on generated packets. If a packet fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will provide a replacement credit.
Acceptable Use
You may use generated blueprints for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell or redistribute generated packets as your own product, use Scaffold to generate content for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Scaffold platform, or submit content that violates third-party rights.
AI-Generated Content
Build blueprints are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. KCS makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated blueprints for your specific use case.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the project ideas and inputs you submit. KCS owns the Scaffold platform, interface, and underlying technology. Generated blueprints may be used freely for your projects.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Scaffold is provided as is. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
Limitation of Liability
KCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scaffold or reliance on generated blueprints.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Monterey County, California.
