Klaus Custom Studio LLC (“KCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Scaffold at runscaffold.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
Account information including email address when you register or purchase. Project input data including the answers you provide to generate build blueprints. Payment information processed securely by Stripe and we do not store card details. Usage data including pages visited and features used to improve the product. Pipeline data including Upwork job listing content you submit for analysis if you use the Pipeline feature.
AI Processing Disclosure
Scaffold uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate build blueprints and analyze job listings. The content you submit including your project description and Upwork job listings is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. Anthropic’s privacy policy applies to how they handle this data. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models.
How We Use Your Information
To generate build blueprints based on your project inputs, to process payments and manage your packet credits, to send purchase receipts and account notifications, to improve Scaffold based on usage patterns, and to respond to support requests.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI-powered blueprint and analysis generation, and Vercel for hosting and deployment.
Payment Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your full payment card information.
Data Retention
Generated packets are stored and accessible through your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
California Residents — CCPA Rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Contact admin@klauscustom.com to exercise these rights.
Children
Scaffold is intended for developers and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
